This protects your organization from potential legal action and ensures equal access for all users.

2. Cloud Backup Service – $499/month

All client websites must maintain encrypted, offsite cloud backups. This guarantees recovery in case of system failure, cyberattack, or accidental data loss. This service is mandatory for risk management and continuity of business operations.

3. SEO Visibility & Compliance Service – $499/month
Every client website must maintain a baseline of search engine optimization (SEO) compliance. This ensures proper indexing, structured data, and visibility across major search engines. This service protects your online presence and is required to maintain functional operations under BrandHub Agency standards.

 

Policy Stance

BrandHub Agency operates under published compliance policies to protect every client’s website performance, security, and legal standing. Services such as ADA compliance, SEO, and cloud backups are mandatory and clearly disclosed at https://www.brandhub.agency/mandatory-compliance. Clients agree to these policies by engaging our management services. While we are under no obligation to discount required services, we may extend loyalty pricing at our discretion. This ensures fairness, transparency, and long-term protection for our clients, while maintaining the professional standards and integrity of our agency.

Enforcement Terms
  • These compliance services are mandatory for all clients without exception.
  • Fees are billed automatically to the payment method on file as per our Terms of Service.
  • Refusal to maintain compliance services will result in suspension of website hosting and BrandHub Agency services until the account is brought current.
